About the role
Role & responsibilities : Execute and supervise civil works at commercial construction sites. Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and project specifications. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams. Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards. Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation. Manage manpower, materials, and site resources efficiently. Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure timely completion of activities. Coordinate with MEP teams whenever required. Preferred candidate profile : Strong knowledge of commercial building construction. Experience in site execution and supervision. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. Good communication and coordination skills. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of MEP coordination is an added advantage.
