Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a SAP Business Warehouse Developer based in Thane. The SAP BW Developer will design, develop, and maintain data models and reporting solutions within the SAP BW environment to support business decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing and optimizing ETL processes, developing and enhancing ABAP-based data flows, and ensuring data quality and system performance. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and support ongoing improvements to business processes and analytics. The developer will also participate in system testing, documentation, and support activities to ensure stable and reliable BI operations. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong expertise in SAP Business Warehouse (SAP BW), including data extraction, reporting, and performance tuning.Candidates should possess skills in Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes and Data Modeling for enterprise data warehousing and analytics.Candidates should possess proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for developing and optimizing custom data flows and enhancements.Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Business Processes to translate functional requirements into effective BI and reporting solutions.Experience with SAP BI/BO or related analytics tools, and familiarity with SAP ECC or S/4HANA integration, is beneficial.Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document solutions and support business users.
