Substation Design Engineer (L&T - CLS)

Role & responsibilities Should have knowledge of sizing and procurement support for Electrical equipment like Transformers, CT/VT, EHV/HV Equipment, EHV/HV and LV cable sizing, Battery & Battery chargers, UPS, cables, busbar/conductor sizing calculation, short circuit force calculation, earthing, lightning, lighting, Technically sound. Review of Vendor drawings for EHV/HV Equipment (AIS/GIS), transformers, Switchgears, panels, control cables, Preparation of Signals exchange list with Power plant / Grid. Experience in engineering for AIS/GIS substations. Good communication skills both oral and written, team player, interdisciplinary co-ordination experience. Must have worked in Substation projects for Detailed engineering in a multi-disciplinary team. Must be able to interact with client independently.
