About the role
Preferred candidate profile Observability Platform MUST HAVE: - 6 + years of hands-on experience with New Relics observability platform. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to observability data collection, visualization, and alerting. - Best practices in observability and APM (Application Performance Monitoring - Java / NodeJS / .Net / Python). - Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud environments. (Custom Instrumentation ) - Familiarity with Real User Monitoring (RUM), Synthetic Monitoring, and Log Analysis. - Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of observability tools. GOOD TO HAVE: - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. - DevOps experience will be an added advantage . - New Relic certification (e.g., New Relic Certified Performance Pro). - Knowledge of container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) and serverless computing. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance monitoring, logging, and tracing capabilities. NICE TO HAVE: - Experience with other observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Splunk, or Prometheus). WebGL / OpenGL developer 6+ years experience in Must Have - WebGL - Unity 3D - Blender / Houdini / Realflow / Vulkan/ DirectX / Game engines / Metal / WebGPU - (Any TWO) GOOD TO HAVE - OpenGL / Three.js - Typescript - NICE TO HAVE: - JavaScript
