Key Responsibilities: - Lead the conceptual and detailed design development for architectural projects. - Oversee BIM model management, drawing production, and quality control. - Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including MEP, Structural, Interior, and Landscape. - Manage client presentations, design reviews, and approvals. - Ensure that designs align with building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards. - Contribute to innovation, design research, and the adoption of new technologies.
