Ensures system performance, safety, and compliance with applicable standards. Key Responsibilities 1. Testing & Validation - Develop and execute test plans for: - Battery packs (Li-ion, LFP, etc.) - BMS (Battery Management System) - PCS (Power Conversion System) - Complete BESS containers - Perform electrical, thermal, functional, and safety testing - Conduct FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) 2. System Integration Testing - Validate interfaces between battery, BMS, PCS, EMS, and SCADA - Test communication protocols (CAN, Modbus, Ethernet) - Perform charge-discharge cycle testing and efficiency validation 3. Compliance & Standards - Ensure testing as per standards like: - IEC / UL / BIS relevant to BESS - Support certification processes and documentation 4. Data Analysis & Reporting - Analyze test data and identify performance gaps - Prepare detailed test reports and failure analysis - Suggest corrective actions and design improvements 5.
