Information Technology Lead

Role Summary The IT Lead will be responsible for managing the organizations overall IT infrastructure and administration, while also owning collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud. This role is critical for ensuring stable, secure, and scalable IT operations in a fast-growing start-up environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end IT administration including infrastructure, end-user computing, networks, and cloud services • Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), AVD and Azure cloud • Design, manage, and govern LAN, WAN & wireless • Govern IT support to employees for hardware, software, and collaboration tools • Maintain IT asset inventory, licenses, vendor contracts, and service renewals • Implement cybersecurity basics including endpoint protection, backups, patching, and access control • Define and maintain IT policies, SOPs, and user guidelines • Support data protection, information security, and compliance requirements (ISO 27001:2022) Required Qualifications & Experience • Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field • 15+ years of experience in IT administration and Microsoft environments • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and cloud services • Experience in user support, vendor coordination, and IT operations • Basic understanding of information security and data protection frameworks
