Wrench Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities Lead and support implementation of Wrench Smart IPMS across EPC projects. Understand and align system functionalities with EPC Project Management processes (Engineering, Procurement, Construction). Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Wrench Smart modules as per project requirements. Manage and administer SQL databases , including data integrity, performance tuning, and reporting support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Planning, SCM, Site, IT) for seamless system integration. Provide user support, issue resolution, and system enhancements . Conduct user training sessions and develop training materials for end users. Prepare and maintain technical documentation , SOPs, and user manuals. Analyze project data and explore AI/ML-based insights for improving project efficiency and decision-making. Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for system upgrades and issue resolution. Ensure adherence to organizational standards, data governance, and cybersecurity policies. Strong understanding of EPC Project Management concepts . Hands-on experience with Wrench Smart IPMS (implementation/configuration/support). Proficiency in SQL and Database Administration . Basic to intermediate knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in project analytics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Soft Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Strong technical documentation capability. Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and teams . Experience in user support and delivery training . Self-driven with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Experience in large-scale EPC or infrastructure projects. Familiarity with project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, etc.). Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). Understanding of digital transformation initiatives in construction/project environments.
