Senior Program Manager - Product Lifecycle & Program Delivery

Senior Program Manager Program Management: Roles & Responsibilities Own the complete program lifecycle from RFQ, NPI, pilot builds, mass production, and product end-of-life, ensuring customer satisfaction. Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, and Manufacturing teams to achieve project milestones. Develop project schedules, monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery of all customer programs. Lead NPI activities, manufacturing readiness reviews, design transfer, process validation, and production launch. Work with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, manpower, and production Monitor quality performance, lead customer issue resolution, ensure timely CAPA implementation, and achieve customer quality Track program costs, monitor margins, support cost reduction initiatives, and ensure financial performance meets business objectives. Serve as the primary customer interface for program updates, milestone reviews, engineering changes, and issue resolution. Track key performance indicators such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), First Pass Yield (FPY), Customer PPM, project milestone adherence, and revenue performance. Mentor Program Managers, establish best practices, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with customer, quality, and regulatory requirements. .
