Lead and support implementation of Wrench Smart IPMS across EPC projects. Understand and align system functionalities with EPC Project Management processes (Engineering, Procurement, Construction). Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Wrench Smart modules as per project requirements. Manage and administer SQL databases, including data integrity, performance tuning, and reporting support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Planning, SCM, Site, IT) for seamless system integration. Provide user support, issue resolution, and system enhancements. Conduct user training sessions and develop training materials for end users. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and user manuals. Analyze project data and explore AI/ML-based insights for improving project efficiency and decision-making. Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for system upgrades and issue resolution. Ensure adherence to organizational standards, data governance, and cybersecurity policies
