HVA/C Design Engineer (Offshore Wind)

Proficiency in HVAC system design, including heating and cooling load calculations, equipment selection, and detailed HVAC engineering.Perform airflow and air pressure calculations for buildings and rooms.Size and select HVAC equipment such as Air Handling Units (AHUs), chillers, and boilers, and design ducting and piping systems.Prepare project deliverables lists and engineering effort estimates for proposals.Execute and support HVAC engineering activities for FEED and detailed engineering projects.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure incorporation of inputs from all engineering disciplines.Prepare and review HVAC technical specifications, datasheets, and engineering documentation.Prepare enquiry requisitions for HVAC systems and packages.Evaluate vendor bids and raise technical queries where required.Review vendor offers, prepare technical bid evaluations, and provide inputs for purchase recommendations.Conduct thermal load calculations, airflow analysis, and energy efficiency assessments.Support risk assessments, FMEA studies, and HVAC safety analyses.Drive innovation in HVAC design to enhance energy efficiency, sustainability, and system reliability.
