Injection Molding expert

Looking for an experienced Engineered Plastic Injection Molding Expert to oversee Mold design, Mold development, Facility set-up, Production & Product Prove out and process optimization and deliver high-quality parts with excellent surface finish. Develop alternative cost-effective indigenous Polymer Mold Design Review Facility Development Mold Machine Set up & Production Ensure induction molds are built as per design drawings and within dimensional tolerances. Review mold trials and inspect first-off samples for fit, finish, and surface quality. Select appropriate polymers based on application and molding behavior. Optimize injection molding parameters for consistency and minimal defects. Conduct root cause analysis for molding or surface defects. Coordinate with tooling, quality, and production teams to ensure manufacturing standards. Familiar with tolerance standards (GD&T), mold qualification, and quality control. Strong understanding of surface finish requirements Hands-on experience with polymer testing and defect troubleshooting.
