Lead HVAC Design Engineering Manager (Chennai)

EDRC HVAC DESIGN - LEAD ENGINEERING MANAGER - To lead HVAC system design, ensur energy-productive, sustainable, and code- compliant solutions aligned with Project requirements and interdisciplinary design objectives - Lead the design of HVAC systems including load calculations, ducting, and equipment selections - Ensure design compliance with ASHRAE, ISHRAE, NBC standards, Local & international codes - Review and validate layouts, schematics, and system control strategies - Coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure design integration - Conduct value engineering to optimize system efficiency and lifecycle costs. - Provide Technical support during construction, testing and commissioning - Provide Technical support during Tender preparations (DBR, BOQ, Layouts etc.,.) - Provide Technical support for BOQ reconcilations - Guide & develop the team for the department growth .
