BIM Specialist

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field 2+ years of experience in a BIM/VDC-related role Strong knowledge of BIM tools: Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD Plant 3D, Inventor, and ACC preferred Strong knowledge of BIM principles and workflows; CDE, LOD, 4D+ modeling, preferred Strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail Basic knowledge of modular prefabrication and/or parts fabrication preferred Basic knowledge of parametric modeling, shared parameters, and using formulas in model workflows Basic knowledge of structural, mechanical, and/or process engineering concepts is preferred Able to communicate information effectively and tailor to the intended audience Able to creatively solve problems and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment
