Technical Project Manager - Bank/BFSI (Pune)

As a Technical Project / Program Manager with 1215 years of experience in IT and a strong development background in Java, .NET, or Python, your role will involve leading end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology projects and programs. You will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent workstreams across different teams, including engineering, product, QA, DevOps, and business. Your duties will include driving project planning, estimation, execution tracking, risk management, and delivery governance. You will collaborate with engineering teams on architecture discussions, technical dependencies, and solution planning, translating business requirements into actionable engineering deliverables. Monitoring project health, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and delivery quality will be crucial, as well as identifying and mitigating delivery risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies proactively. Ensuring adherence to SDLC processes, agile methodologies, and engineering best practices is essential, along with facilitating stakeholder communication, status reporting, and executive-level updates. You will also drive sprint planning, release management, and cross-functional coordination, supporting teams in resolving technical and operational challenges during project execution, and establishing delivery metrics, KPIs, and continuous improvement practices.
