Designation : A ssociate Directo r Level : L5 Location : Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Experince : 15 to 20 Years
Job Role This is a high-visibility, senior role — you'll be the technical face of our Databricks practice with clients, sales, and leadership. You'll shape how we architect, sell, and deliver Databricks engagements, while building the reusable IP and offshore team that scale the practice.
Enterprise Architecture Consulting — Advise clients on Databricks-centric design (lakehouse/mesh/warehouse). Guide platform choices — Databricks vs. Snowflake/Synapse/BigQuery — based on cost, scale, security. Proposal & Pre-Sales — Lead solutioning for enterprise deals and RFPs — architecture, estimation, win themes. Governance & FinOps Advisory — Advise on Unity Catalog design, cost governance, and observability for client environments. Multi-Domain & Multi-Tenant Design — Recommend patterns for domain ownership, cross-domain sharing, and secure multi-tenant modeling. POCs & Pilots — Lead technical POCs and pilots that convert into signed engagements. Offshore Team Management — Manage and mentor the offshore delivery pod; own quality and delivery standards. Reusable Assets & Accelerators — Build reference architectures, migration accelerators, and estimation models that speed up delivery and proposals.
