Designation: Senior Analyst - Data Science Experience: 3 to 6 Years Location : Bengaluru
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Analyst - Data Science. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of experience in Risk & Marketing or financial services, along with a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics . Strong knowledge of statistical and quantitative techniques, and proficiency in tools like Python, SQL is essential. Domain & Skill : Strong credit risk experience, understanding of lending business (not mandatory), Working in Nbfc / banks/ fintech is a big plus point . Understanding credit card products/ policies + Regulatory knowledge / ECL (Expected credit loss) model is needed
Experience in developing credit risk models (PD, EAD, LGD, ECL) and working on model implementation is also a plus. The role requires strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders across all levels.
