What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality calibration services for asphalt, soil, and concrete testing equipment

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the full service cycle

• Support the gauge service team and assist with additional tasks as needed Perform Full 3-Block and 5-Block Gauge Calibrations

• Prepare and deliver calibration documentation to meet customer compliance needs

• Follow ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards - stands as the gold standard for laboratory calibration, ensuring competence, global credibility, and regulatory compliance.

• Use proprietary software (CalPlus Pro) during the calibration process

• Build standard blocks and maintain gauges through cleaning, lubrication, and diagnostics

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

• Deliver timely customer updates to ensure an exceptional service experience

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
