Job Title: Cloud Operations Engineer Location: Remote (Full-Time) Required Experience: Minimum 3 years About the Role We are looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer to support and maintain Azure cloud environments, focusing on observability, security, monitoring, incident management, and platform reliability. Responsibilities Monitor and maintain Azure cloud environments to ensure platform availability, performance, and security. Proactively investigate alerts, incidents, and operational issues across production and non-production environments. Manage and improve observability solutions using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, dashboards, and alerting. Write Terraform code to provision and manage Azure infrastructure. Implement security controls - RBAC, Key Vault, Managed Identities, pipeline scanning. Work with development teams to improve release processes, platform reliability, and operational efficiency. Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and disaster recovery procedures. Requirements 3+ years of experience supporting Azure cloud environments. Robust experience with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, dashboards, and alerting. Experience investigating and resolving production incidents. Good understanding of Azure security services including RBAC, Key Vault, Managed Identities, NSGs, Private Endpoints, and Defender for Cloud. Experience managing operational support activities across cloud platforms. Working knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. PowerShell and/or Bash scripting experience. Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Certifications AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate (Mandatory) AZ-400: Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps Solutions (Valuable to have) .
