Job Description Executive / Assistant Manager – Projects (MMHS) Position: Executive / Assistant Manager – Projects (MMHS) Location: Sriperumbudur, Chennai Qualification B.E./B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics. Experience 5–8 years of experience in industrial automation and Mobile Material Handling System (MMHS) projects. Key Responsibilities Execute end-to-end industrial automation and MMHS projects from planning to commissioning. Develop, test, and implement PLC-based automation software. Commission and troubleshoot Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV), Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR), Electrified Monorail Systems (EMS), and Shuttle Systems. Configure and integrate PLCs, VFDs, Servo Drives, and industrial networking. Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams for timely project execution. Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and project handover. Ensure project quality, documentation, and compliance with customer requirements. Required Skills Industrial Automation Mobile Material Handling Systems (MMHS) PLC Programming (Siemens / Allen-Bradley) VFD & Servo Drive Commissioning AGV / AMR / EMS / Shuttle Systems Industrial Networking Factory Automation Project Planning & Execution Commissioning & Troubleshooting C, C++, Python SQL / MySQL / MongoDB OEM Project Experience Technical Documentation Communication & Problem-Solving Skills Preferred Experience Experience with OEMs such as PARI, Addverb, Hi-Tech Robotics, Botsync, ATS, Titan, or similar automation/SPM companies. Experience in Automotive, Logistics, Warehouse Automation, or Factory Automation projects. Knowledge of IoT, AR, and VR will be an added advantage. Compensation 5–6 Years: Up to 10.2 LPA 7–8 Years: Up to 12.5 LPA Variable Pay: 25% of CTC (excluding employer PF), based on company policy
