Experience: 3 Years (min) Preferred Qualifications: Odoo ERP Certification (mandatory) Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO) Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Key Responsibilities: Participate in the complete Odoo ERP project lifecycle, including: Requirements Gathering System Design Development & Customization Data Migration User Acceptance Testing (UAT) User Training Go-Live Implementation Install, configure, and implement Odoo ERP solutions based on customer requirements. Customize Odoo modules and develop new features where required. Develop and customize APIs for third-party system integrations. Prepare technical documentation, including Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user manuals, and implementation documentation. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot technical issues. Conduct product demonstrations and client presentations. Assist in preparing technical responses for RFPs and tenders. Stay up to date with the latest Odoo technologies, best practices, and industry trends. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information & Communication Technology (ICT), or a related field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience implementing and customizing Odoo ERP. Strong knowledge of Python programming and object-oriented design principles. Good understanding of the Odoo implementation methodology . Experience with PostgreSQL , relational databases , and SQL . Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English .
