Hands on experience on Active directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, Antivirus, etc. Knowledge of MS Exchange. Job profile: Providing L2 technical support to respective L1 engineers with defined SLAs. Monitoring and administrating network (Switches, Firewall, Routers, Wireless equipment) and server. L2 Support for troubleshooting of server hardware and Operating system related issues. Maintaining define policies and security rights over Active Directories (Forest and Domain, Trust relationship, Group policy (in depth), File replication Services, DNS, Client authentication, Certificate (PKI infrastructure). Responsible for testing and upgrading windows patches on regular basis. Daily/ weekly/ monthly network and server health Infra related MIS reports. Monitoring & Management of Backup Application. Implementing and administrating network devices, setting and maintaining policies and rights/security within a Windows Server and Linux environment. Good Knowledge about Print Server, File Server and WSUS Server. Good Knowledge Backup types, configuration and Management. Good Knowledge about Storage management (NAS & SAN ).
