Preparation of project Investment proposal for the New product with various options • Supplier Identification and Machine Selection based on process Design. Techno Commercial negotiations with supplier. Automations planning for part handling at Machining lines, Inspection station and Implementation. New line layout design and optimizing of existing Layouts. Carryout New line installation to SOP startup. Responsible for proto development New Product Manufacturing Establishment (PED) New Process Technology Establishment (PED) Line Capacity Expansion Projects (PED) Localization or Insourcing of New Product Development (PED) Productivity Improvements projects (MED) Quality Improvements and Scrap Cost Reduction Projects (MED) Tool Cost Reduction Projects (MED) Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost analyses for new products. Preparation of the inspection plan based on the ballooned drawing. Cost breakup and quotation preparation. Perform inspections, tests, or measurements of materials and products, and check whether specifications are met. Analyze and interpret relevant information, such as drawings, manuals, etc. ISIR (PPAP) Documentation Preparation. ECN Preparation Conduct internal quality system audits (process and product audits). Contribute to continual improvement activities in the warehouse. Responsible for gravity die casting process control and development. Basic knowledge of Creo model working weight calculations. Manufacturing feasibility analysis. Developed and implemented process improvements for casting production efficiency. Preferred candidate profile
