HOD -Engineering with an EPC company For Pharma clients

Role & responsibilities Lead and manage a team of around 100 engineers across mechanical, piping, and AutoCAD design functions. Ensure quality engineering deliverables for water treatment projects, including drawings, 3D models, specifications, and technical reviews. Establish engineering standards and best practices , ensuring compliance with safety, design, and CAD guidelines. Work closely with project managers, customers, and suppliers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and as per technical requirements. Mentor and develop engineers , provide technical guidance, and drive continuous improvement across the engineering organization. Preferred candidate profile
