LabVantage is known for its comprehensive platform that integrates LIMS, ELN (Electronic Laboratory Notebook), AI, analytics, and automated lab solutions. Location: Kolkata Experience : 2-10yrs Requirements Requirements :: o Robust understanding of AI/ML principles, protocols, and best practices. o Comprehensive knowledge of major LLMs (Anthropic, Cohere, Meta, Mistral AI, OpenAI, etc.) and ability to recommend suitable models for various use cases. o Mastery of key generative AI concepts: Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Chain-of-Thought (CoT), agentic AI, and conversational AI. o Proficient in at least one LLM-based application development framework. o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. o Strong communication and collaboration skills. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team. o Fluent in both spoken and written English.
