About the role

Responsibilities: - Promote automation of repetitive tasks and the adoption/creation of tools over ad hoc analyses, making your insights available to anyone that can benefit from them. - Own pre-work of various data sources intake and convert them into consumable formats. - Maintain monthly allocations across all services & products that we support and proactively QA the data for accuracy. - Build close relationships with business stakeholders and translate use cases into data requests for analysis. - Collaborate with PMs to define product metrics and KPIs. Govern implementation across Scrum teams by defining best practices that allow us to capture the maximum amount of data signal. - Support PMs by conducting post-release analysis to measure the impact on customers, revenue, and business KPIs. - Maintain looker dashboards, and ensure clarity of data models behind. - Work with big data solutions, data modelling, understanding the ETL pipelines, and business intelligence solutions. - Fix data issues when needed. Requirements - Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Science, Engineering, Economics, or in other related fields - Good understanding of MS Excel/Looker/PowerBI/Sisense/Tableau and have a taste of visualising data - Working knowledge of any product analytics tool like Heap/Mixpanel/Fullstory - Proficiency in writing SQL queries and knowledge of MongoDB - Proficiency with analytics programming languages (Python, R, etc.) - Experience developing and leading presentations to a wide audience of diverse skill sets, including senior management - 3-5 years of experience Valuable to have - Data modelling, ETL processes, and data warehousing - Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or other big data solutions Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Science, Engineering, Economics, or in other related fields Good understanding of MS Excel/Looker/PowerBI/Sisense/Tableau and have a taste of visualising data Working knowledge of any product analytics tool like Heap/Mixpanel/Fullstory Proficiency in writing SQL queries and knowledge of MongoDB Proficiency with analytics programming languages (Python, R, etc.) Experience developing and leading presentations to a wide audience of diverse skill sets, including senior management 3-5 years of experience Good to have Data modelling, ETL processes, and data warehousing Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or other big data solutions Benefits of working as a Data Analyst in Chennai: Learning opportunities Company offers career progression opportunities Attractive package .
