Endur Junior Business Analyst

As a Junior Business Analyst for our MNC client, you will be responsible for assisting energy clients with IT projects involving IONs Endur platform. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supporting requirements gathering and documentation, translating business needs into functional designs and process flows. - Contributing to workflow design for deal capture, pricing, scheduling, settlements, and reporting. - Participating in backlog refinement and sprint planning, helping prioritize tasks and track progress. - Supporting testing and validation activities to ensure implemented solutions meet business expectations. - Providing initial troubleshooting and defect remediation, contributing to Endur system support and maintenance. - Gaining exposure to Endurs core modules, such as Trading Explorer, Reference Explorer, Market Explorer, Confirmations, Settlements, and Accounting Desktops. - Learning the operations and trading lifecycle across U.S. physical commodity marketsGas, LNG, Power, Emissions, RECs, NGLs, and Crude. - Engaging with end users and stakeholders to understand and respond to business needs. - Documenting business scenarios and processes to support system design and delivery. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 12+ years of experience working with Endur platforms in energy, utilities, or commodities trading environments. - Experience contributing to Endur implementations or enhancements throughout the delivery lifecycle. - Understanding of the trade lifecycle and ETRM flows, with a willingness to deepen expertise across front, mid, and back-office functions. - Familiarity with SQL and proficiency in working with data for analysis and reporting. - Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solving skills to support delivery. - Ability to thrive in collaborative environments, with excellent communication and documentation skills. - Adaptability and eagerness to learn, with a passion for delivering value through technology.
