About the role
As an experienced HRIS Specialist at Disney India located in Mumbai, your role will involve managing and maintaining the HRIS system, particularly specializing in Workday. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating hands-on experience and functional knowledge of Workday modules such as Core HCM, Time Off & Absence, Recruitment, Compensation, Talent & Performance. - Maintaining Workday data and organizational structure, including Supervisory Organization, Cost Centers, Compensation elements, and Job Attributes. - Configuring business processes, handling EIB requests, and managing security administration within Workday. - Providing support for Workday integrations and resolving related functional or technical issues. - Collaborating with HR stakeholders and vendors to identify business needs, develop solutions, and manage communication effectively. - Developing and updating documentation, user manuals, and training materials for HRIS systems. - Partnering with relevant stakeholders like HR Operations, HR Business Partners, Information Technology counterparts, and Vendors. In terms of qualifications, you should possess: - A Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. - Certification in HRIS system or related field is desirable. Requirements for this role include: - 3-5 years of experience in implementing and supporting Workday. - Proven track record in driving organization-wide system implementation and change management. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines. - Strong understanding of HR processes and excellent communication skills. - Self-directed, goal-oriented work style with a collaborative approach. - Proficient in analytical skills, issue resolution, and maintaining high business ethics. - Capability to work with all levels of the company and effectively present information to Senior Management.
