Your responsibilities will include identifying existing problems, proposing solutions, and driving implementation and deployment processes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop new core functionality for the product in Microsoft Azure alongside the team - Increase overall compute density and optimize the utilization of Microsoft Azure resources - Implement architectural design decisions while considering non-functional requirements and future maintainability - Uphold technical integrity and maintain high coding standards within the team - Continuously enhance skills and product by exploring modern engineering practices such as test-driven development and Mob programming Qualifications Required: - More than 5 years of experience in software engineering - Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and a good understanding of C# - Knowledge in SQL, Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle, DevOps Tools, and Parallel Programming - Experience with Microsoft Azure in production environments and familiarity with pricing, SLAs, and security aspects - Willingness to adapt to new technologies and agile methodologies - Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field - International work experience with diverse cultures - Positive and constructive approach, contributing to a supportive work environment - Effective communication skills in English Additional Details: SimCorp values work-life balance, inclusivity, empowerment, and career growth.
