Lead Technical Architect (New Delhi)

Please note: This role is based entirely in Mauritius and requires full relocation (visa and permits provided). We are seeking an exceptionally talented and highly competent Architect to take sole design leadership of a brand-new, ground-up 5-Star Luxury Resort. This is a rare chance for a visionary professional to independently design a world-class hospitality destination from a blank canvas. Only one architect will be recruited to champion the entire creative and technical vision for this project. Key Responsibilities As the sole architect for this high-profile project, you will be entirely responsible for the following from concept to final delivery: Master Planning: Conceptualize and develop the comprehensive site layout, optimizing the beachfront topography to maximize guest privacy, flow, and ocean views. Full Architectural Detailing: Design and provide complete, exhaustive architectural plans and technical blueprints for every structure on the property (e.g., guest villas, main reception, dining venues, spa, and staff facilities). 3D Rendering & Visualization: Produce stunning, photorealistic 3D renderings and walkthroughs to effectively communicate the design vision to stakeholders and investors. Landscape Design: Develop a cohesive landscape architecture plan that seamlessly integrates the luxury built environment with the natural beachfront surroundings. Candidate Requirements To be successful in this standalone role, you must possess the following: Extensive Experience: A proven, senior-level track record of designing high-end, luxury hospitality or beachfront resort projects from scratch.
