Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement robust REST, SOAP, and Pub/Sub API integrations to synchronize data between Salesforce, ERPs, and Asset Management systems. - Develop high-scale event-driven architectures using Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), and Apex Triggers for real-time data streams to field technicians. - Architect the ingestion of high-volume data into Salesforce for automated Asset Service Lifecycle Management (ASLM) workflows. - Implement Queueable, Batch, and Future Apex for asynchronous processing to handle large-scale data imports and computational logic. - Configure secure authentication protocols like OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and Named Credentials for security and compliance. - Build error handling frameworks with custom logging, automated retry logic, and real-time alerting for failed synchronization events. - Conduct API performance testing and optimization to ensure low-latency responses for external system calls. Qualification Required: - B.E, B.Tech, or MCA qualification. - Relevant experience in Salesforce development with a focus on Field Service. - Extensive experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development tools. - Deep understanding of Salesforce FSL architecture, data model, and functionality. - Proficiency in REST and SOAP APIs and integrating Salesforce with external systems. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong communication and collaboration abilities. - Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Field Service Lightning Consultant are highly desirable.
