Skill Requirements for the role: Responsibilities - Collaborate closely with design to implement UI for mobile & desktop applications - Develop performant and modular C++ systems and tools for Unreal Engine - Work closely with designers and engineers to implement new features and systems - Optimize existing systems and features for maximum performance - Implement and integrate third-party SDKs and addons - Identify and resolve bugs, bottlenecks, and performance issues - Adhere to and improve upon existing architecture and code quality standards - Experience with Blueprint scripting in Unreal Engine 4/5 Qualifications - 8+ years skilled C++ experience, with proven expertise in Unreal Engine - Experience shipping and maintaining C++ projects on desktop platforms - Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns - Ability to self-manage and work independently or collaboratively as needed Preferred (Nice to have) - Knowledge of other game engines and development tools - Familiarity with shader programming and visual effects - Knowledge of industry-standard software development practices and methodologies .
