Senior Implementation Consultant

The Role We are looking for a seasoned Implementation Leader to drive large-scale deployments of LeadSquareds Platform. This role will own end-to-end delivery, stakeholder management, and team leadership, ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and long-term customer success. Key Responsibilities Own and drive end-to-end implementation lifecycle for enterprise BFSI clients Lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects across BFSI customers Translate business requirements into scalable solution architecture and configurations Oversee platform configuration, integrations (APIs), and custom workflows Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on best practices and process optimization Manage project timelines, risks, escalations, and delivery governance Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams for seamless execution Lead client workshops, solution design discussions, and executive reviews Ensure successful go-live, adoption, and post-implementation stability Drive continuous improvement and standardization of implementation processes.
