IT Administrator Office IT & Device Support Overview We are looking for a proactive and process-driven IT Administrator who will act as the single point of ownership for managing and supporting all office IT devices, employee endpoints, office networks, and day-to-day SaaS administration across multiple locations. This role is designed for a single individual responsible for managing 100+ devices across offices, ensuring smooth IT operations, well-maintained assets, and reliable support for all employees. The focus is on building organised, well-documented, and automated processes instead of ad-hoc manual operations. Key Responsibilities 1. Laptop & Endpoint Management - End-to-end lifecycle management of employee laptops (provisioning to decommissioning) - Standard device setup: OS installation, antivirus, and required business applications - OS patching, firmware updates, and routine device health checks - Application installation support and USB/peripheral device management - Day-to-day troubleshooting and hardware issue resolution for employees 2. Asset Lifecycle Management - Current employee onboarding (laptop and accessories allocation) - Maintain asset inventory mapping (User Device Location), including network devices per site - Employee exit process (data wipe, asset recovery, reassignment) - Maintain an up-to-date, well-documented asset registry 3. Office IT & Network Management (All Locations Pune, Mumbai, Nashik) - Own and manage all network devices across all office locations: routers, switches, firewalls, WiFi access points, and modems - Manage office LAN/WiFi setup, configuration, and IP/network documentation - Maintain a complete inventory of all network devices per location as part of the asset registry - Manage office IT equipment: printers, monitors, conferencing devices, and accessories - Ensure network uptime and resolve connectivity issues across all sites - Vendor coordination for ISP, network hardware purchase, AMC, and repairs - Maintain troubleshooting documentation and network diagrams for each location 4. SaaS & User Account Administration - Administer Google Workspace, Slack, and other SaaS tools - User account provisioning and deprovisioning during onboarding/exit - Manage user access, licences, and groups as per role requirements - Periodic clean-up of unused accounts and licences 5. Process Improvement & Reporting - Implement IT asset management (ITAM) and device management (MDM) tooling - Automate repetitive tasks such as patching and software deployment - Maintain SOPs for onboarding, exits, and common support issues - Backup and recovery practices for employee endpoints - Monthly IT operations reporting to management (assets, tickets, uptime) Job Details Job Location: Mumbai, Pune Education Background: Graduates/PGDM in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Experience: 23 yrs Budget: 4.5 LPA max Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - 100% asset traceability - Zero unmanaged/untracked devices - - 95% patch and update compliance across endpoints - Defined SLA for employee IT support requests - Accurate and up-to-date asset registry at all times Role Positioning This is an operations-first IT support role responsible for ensuring complete visibility, availability, and smooth functioning of all company IT devices, office infrastructure, and employee endpoints across locations.
