Job Description: Manager Business Analysis (Palantir Foundry Use Cases) Overview The Manager Business Analysis will lead a team of Business Analysts and Use Case Leads responsible for driving the successful delivery of datadriven solutions on the Palantir Foundry platform. This leadership role requires strong analytical expertise, deep understanding of automotive business processes, and the ability to align crossfunctional stakeholders around measurable business outcomes. You will oversee the endtoend lifecycle of Foundry use casesrequirements, Ontology design, data validation, solution workflow definition, application development support, value realization, and change management. If you have a passion for scaling analytics programs and enabling highimpact digital products, this role is ideal for you. Key Responsibilities Leadership, Team Development & Ways of Working Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Analysts / Use Case Owners. Establish BA methodologies, templates, and Foundryaligned best practices. Drive agile ceremonies and ensure disciplined, valuecentric delivery. Product Ownership & Backlog Prioritization Act as Product Owner for Foundrybased projectss data products and applications. Maintain a clear, prioritized backlog with highquality user stories and acceptance criteria. Make informed prioritization decisions that balance business value, feasibility, and urgency. Strategic Use Case Planning & Solution Roadmapping Define, evaluate, and prioritize use cases aligned to business strategy. Collaborate with crossfunctional leaders to shape solution roadmaps and measurable KPIs. Ensure clarity of value drivers and adoption goals for each initiative. Business Requirements, Solution Design & Data Validation Oversee requirements gathering across automotive domains such as supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and warranty. Ensure accurate translation of business logic into Ontology models, data pipelines, workflows, and Workshop apps. Guide teams in data validation, profiling, and adherence to governance standards (ITPM, SOX, audit). Program Delivery, Stakeholder Alignment & Issue Resolution Drive crossfunctional collaboration between business, engineering, IT, and product teams. Track milestones, manage risks, resolve blockers, and maintain alignment with broader program objectives. Ensure timely execution and alignment with enterprise digital strategy. Insight Generation, Change Management & User Adoption Guide teams in generating actionable insights using Contour, Quiver, and other Foundry tools. Translate insights into executivelevel narratives that inform strategic decisions. Lead change management, training, and adoption efforts to ensure sustainable use of Foundry applications. Qualifications Required Masters degree (MBA or equivalent) in Business Analytics. 1115 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or digital transformation. Prior experience leading BA teams or crossfunctional project teams. Strong knowledge of automotive business processes (supply chain, manufacturing, quality, warranty). Handson experience with Palantir Foundry (Ontology, Workshop, Contour, Quiver). Ability to translate business needs into structured technical specifications. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. Experience with Jira or similar project tracking tools. Preferred Experience delivering Foundrybased digital products at scale. Certification in Agile or Product Ownership. .
