Key Responsibilities: - End-to-End Design Ownership: Lead the discovery, ideation, prototyping, and delivery for core learning experiences. - UX Craft & Systems Thinking: Design intuitive flows, scalable patterns, and consistent UI elements across the product. - AI Learning Experiences: Influence how users interact with AI tutors, assessments, feedback loops, and peer learning. - Habit & Engagement Design: Develop gamification systems, habit loops, and interactions to enhance user retention. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with founders, product, engineering, and growth teams. - Iterate with Purpose: Utilize user feedback, research insights, and data analytics to continuously refine and enhance the product.
