As a Salesforce AI Technical Architect at the Large MNC, your role will involve leading the design and implementation of AI-powered solutions using Salesforce Agentforce and related Salesforce AI technologies. Your expertise in Salesforce architecture, enterprise solution design, and Generative AI capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem will be crucial for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement scalable Salesforce Agentforce solutions aligned with business objectives. - Architect end-to-end AI-powered customer engagement and automation solutions. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and translate requirements into technical solutions. - Lead technical design reviews and provide architectural guidance to development teams. - Define best practices for security, scalability, governance, and performance. - Drive integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications. - Mentor technical teams and support delivery excellence across projects. - Stay current with emerging Salesforce AI, Agentforce, and Generative AI capabilities. Required Skills & Experience: - 8+ years of experience in Salesforce platform implementation and architecture. - Strong expertise in Salesforce Solution Architecture and Technical Design. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, or Generative AI solutions. - Experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations. - Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, and cloud-based architectures. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Experience leading technical teams and driving solution delivery. Preferred Qualifications: - Salesforce Architect certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect, or equivalent). - Experience with AI/ML-enabled business solutions. - Experience working in large enterprise or global delivery environments.
