Job Description Role Overview: As an Associate Product Manager at Leegality, your primary responsibility will be delivering impactful product features by collaborating effectively with tech, design, and business teams. This role requires a solid technical foundation in product management and a passion for leveraging AI technologies to solve real-world problems. You are expected to analyze system interdependencies, break down complex challenges into actionable steps, and oversee the execution process from concept to delivery. An essential aspect of this role involves exploring how AI can enhance user experiences and drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Product Execution: Collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to bring product features from ideation to launch. - System & Process Mapping: Understand and document the interactions of different systems, identify dependencies, and address edge cases. - Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Translate user problems and business requirements into clear, actionable specifications tailored for various audiences. Utilize data to support your requirements. - Technical Feasibility Assessment: Work closely with engineering teams to ensure practical, effective solutions that align with technical constraints. - AI Integration: Partner with technical teams to explore and integrate AI/ML features into product offerings, ensuring solutions are practical and user-centric. - Communication & Stakeholder Management: Maintain transparent and structured communication with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and progress. - Continuous Improvement: Analyze product performance, collect feedback, and iterate to enhance features and processes. Qualification Required: - Experience: 12 years in product management or a related role. - Tech Background: Possess a B.Tech degree or equivalent technical foundation, with familiarity in basic programming logic, data flows, and data analysis. - Cross-functional Execution: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with development teams to deliver projects successfully. - Product Exposure: Minimum of 1 year hands-on experience in product management. - AI Awareness: Understanding of AI/ML basics and a keen interest in applying them to solve business problems. - Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, collaborative and positive attitude, and a professional presence, especially when working with team members to contribute to a healthy and productive internal culture.
