Role Description The Quality Assurance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for designing and implementing quality standards across production, inventory handling, and related operational processes. Day-to-day tasks include developing QA procedures, conducting inspections and audits, documenting defects, and coordinating with production, supply chain, and marketing teams to resolve quality issues. The Quality Assurance Manager will analyze quality metrics, recommend process improvements, and ensure that products and workflows meet internal and external compliance requirements. The role also involves training team members on QA best practices, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with leadership to align quality objectives with business goals. Qualifications Strong background in quality management, including developing QA processes, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions. Experience with inventory control, production workflows, and operational optimization in manufacturing, apparel, or related industries. Ability to work with data and metrics to identify trends, evaluate performance, and support data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, manage multiple projects, and uphold deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Bachelors degree in engineering, quality management, textiles, operations, or a related field; advanced certifications in quality (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO, Lean) are an advantage. Familiarity with fashion or consumer goods supply chains and an understanding of quality requirements specific to apparel products is beneficial. Comfort working on-site in Delhi and engaging directly with production partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
