This includes tasks such as installation, updating, patching, upgrading, and overseeing both the software and hardware components necessary for application operation. The role involves streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and enhancing productivity within the organization. The Systems Analyst will act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to others. JOB RESPONSIBILITY Must be Infrastructure Administrator of Control M and have deep knowledge and experience on the BMC Control M platform, all its core components (Server, EM, CCM, Agents, GUI, etc.) Infrastructure Administrator of IWA and should have experience in handling different components ( Master, Backup Master , DWC , Domain Manager , Backup Domain Manager , Agent and different plugins . Perform Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Control M/Server, Control M/Enterprise Manager, and Control M Agents Experience with Plugin deployment mainly Database, Informatica, Peoplesoft , AWS. Experience with Unix/Linux and/or Windows environments is mandatory. Knowledge of batch scheduling concepts, file transfers, and dependencies Familiarity with databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.) Scripting knowledge (Shell, PowerShell, Perl, or Python) is an advantage Provide recovery solution during major outage . Create and manage User and Group administration. Create and manage Node Groups. Manage upgrades to new versions of Control-M and migrate workflows to new platforms. Should have good knowledge and hands on in Control M Rest API Work with developers, systems engineering, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into efficient scheduling technical specs. Should have experience in DR/HA activity Perform daily analysis and reporting of production Should have sound knowledge and hands on Control M Utility Evaluate system performance and recommend improvement Resolving high priority issues related Control M Perform maintenance activities Sound knowledge to recommend suggestions that will comply with standards and best practices QUALIFICATION Bachelor s or Master s degree Good to Have - BMC Control M Certification Good to have -Linux Administration (RHCSA / equivalent) EXPERIENCE At least 5 -8 years of experience in large scale IT Infra environment Enterprise job scheduling Infrastructure or middleware support Exposure to cloud workloads scheduling (Azure / AWS nice to have) Experience with automation, monitoring, or job optimization initiatives Production IT operations (24 7 environments preferred) Well-developed logical structuring approach to solving problems, framing ideas or developing plans Hands on experience with: Control M Distributed (Linux/Windows) or Control M Mainframe Multi environment setups: DEV / SIT / UAT / Production change, release, and incident handling SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Accurate, attentive, detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills.
