Responsible to provide technical support assistance to our customers over the phone remote access Experience Graduates with minimum 1 Year of experience in maintaining and handling hardwaresoftwarenetwork issues Fresher with excellent communication skills can also apply. Willing to travel in and around Chennai Two Wheeler must. RoleTechnical Support Skills Basic Technical knowledge of PCs. Technical knowledge of Operating Systems like Windows XPVista 7 8. Basic Knowledge of MS Outlook troubleshooting, Internet and Networking. Good Technical knowledge of operating systems, hardware software. Education Any Graduate Any Specialization
