About the role
Experience: 25 Years | Location: Bangalore Company: Osettl Technologies Pvt Ltd (Legodesk) We are looking for engineers who actively use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Copilot, etc.) to build and ship features faster. What Legodesk Does: We build legal-tech SaaS for banks, NBFCs, & Finance. When a bank needs to recover crores in bad loans across thousands of borrowers and dozens of jurisdictions, our platform runs that operation. Legal notices, case tracking, payment recovery, compliance all automated. This is not another CRM or dashboard project. You will be building software that moves real money, meets real legal deadlines, and serves real bank teams every single day. What Youll Do Own features end-to-end without a PM or testers from database schema to React UI to Java Springboot Backend with Docker deployment to production monitoringBuild systems with scale that handle legal notices in regional languages, case lifecycle across jurisdictions, payment recovery flows, and RBI complianceTalk directly to bank/NBFC stakeholders, understand their problem, design the solution, ship it to the productDebug production issues, manage AWS infrastructure, build CI/CD pipelines you deploy what you buildMake technical decisions yourself. No architecture review boards.
