SAP ABAP Lead/Architects

SAP ABAP development experience with exposure to AI-powered development practices and Generative AI technologies. Key Skills Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development, enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms, workflows, OData services, and performance optimization. Experience working with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments. Knowledge of SAP integrations using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, APIs, and middleware platforms. Practical experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, SAP Joule, or similar tools. Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI-assisted software development. Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, LiteLLM, or similar AI orchestration tools. Exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and enterprise knowledge management solutions. Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or SAP Solution Manager. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities Design, develop, and support SAP ABAP solutions aligned with business requirements. Build and enhance reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows. Leverage AI tools to improve development productivity, code quality, testing, and documentation. Participate in solution design discussions and provide technical recommendations. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to SAP development standards and best practices. Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders. Explore and implement AI/LLM use cases within SAP development and support processes. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous improvements across SAP applications.
