Job Description We are seeking a Lead Architect Network & Data Infrastructure to own the endtoend architecture, governance, and evolution of enterprise network platforms. This role is responsible for defining scalable, secure, and resilient network architectures across LAN, WAN, SDWAN, and wireless domains, while ensuring alignment with business objectives, security standards, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate brings deep handson expertise combined with strong architectural judgment, acting as the design authority and senior escalation point for complex network and security challenges. This role plays a critical part in driving modernization, performance optimization, and proactive vulnerability management across the enterprise. Architecture & Design Define and own enterprise network architecture standards, reference designs, and technology roadmaps across LAN, WAN, SDWAN, and wireless platforms Lead architecture design reviews and provide technical direction for Cisco and Arubabased solutions Translate business, application, and security requirements into scalable and resilient network designs Network Engineering & Optimization Design, deploy, and optimize highavailability network solutions using Cisco and Aruba technologies Architect and govern dynamic routing strategies (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP) to ensure performance, resiliency, and scalability Architect and optimize Aruba wireless platforms for enterprisegrade mobility and seamless user experience Operational Excellence & Incident Leadership Act as the final escalation authority for critical and complex network incidents Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents and drive corrective and preventive actions Collaborate with operations, security, and application teams to minimize downtime and improve MTTR Security & Vulnerability Governance Architect network security controls aligned with enterprise security frameworks and industry best practices Oversee vulnerability identification, remediation strategy, and lifecycle management using tools such as Rapid7, Nessus, or Qualys Ensure patching, hardening, and compliance with security, QoS, and regulatory standards Monitoring, Automation & Continuous Improvement Define monitoring and observability standards using tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, and Fluke Drive network performance analytics, capacity planning, and continuous optimization initiatives Promote and guide network automation and standardization to improve reliability and operational efficiency Documentation, Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement Maintain architecture documentation, standards, and design artifacts Provide executivelevel reporting on network health, risk posture, vulnerabilities, and improvement initiatives Mentor senior engineers and influence crossfunctional teams without direct authority Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (relevant certifications may substitute). 12+ years of progressive experience managing and architecting enterprisescale network environments Demonstrated experience operating at architect or senior design authority level Technical Skills Advanced expertise in Cisco switching, routing, wireless, and SDWAN platforms Strong command of OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP in largescale environments Deep knowledge of Aruba wireless architectures and optimization techniques Experience with vulnerability management and security assessment tools Proficiency with enterprise network monitoring and performance tools Exposure to network automation frameworks and scripting Soft Skills Strong analytical and problemsolving mindset with architecturelevel thinkin Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and nontechnical stakeholders Proven leadership during highseverity incidents and transformation initiatives Ability to work independently while influencing crossfunctional teams Key Competencies Enterprise network architecture & design governance Proactive risk, performance, and vulnerability management Incident leadership and decisionmaking under pressure Continuous learning and adoption of emerging network technologies Certifications (Preferred) Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Aruba Certified Mobility Associate (ACMA) Aruba Certified SD-WAN Deployment Professional (ACSDP) CCIE is a plus .
