To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via our StoryHub . 岗位职责 1、端侧AI智能体/ 多智能体系统研发：负责端侧AI智能体及多智能体系统的开发，围绕意图理解、任务规划、工具调用、记忆管理、执行控制、安全与治理等核心能力进行工程化实现以及持续优化。 2、智能体框架与中台能力建设：基于现有技术架构与主流大模型，参与智能体框架与中台能力的实现与持续演进，支撑多场景快速接入和工程化复用。 3、智能体工程化与质量提升：推进端侧智能体驾驭工程（harness engineering）和系统级优化，提升执行准确性、一致性及任务成功率，并优化 Token 使用与整体运行成本。 4、多智能体协作与复杂任务编排：工程化实现多智能体协作机制与任务流编排，提升复杂任务的拆解、调度与协同、执行与结果整合能力。 5、工具与插件生态集成：对接内、外部工具与业务系统，设计并开发可被智能体调用的工具、插件与能力接口，持续扩展智能体可执行空间。 6、技术演进与持续优化：跟踪大模型与智能体相关前沿技术，结合实际场景持续优化端侧智能体在性能、稳定性与资源成本等方面的表现 岗位要求 1、软件与AI应用开发经验：计算机、人工智能或相关专业本科及以上学历；具备 5 年以上软件开发经验，以及不少于 3 年 AI 应用开发或智能系统相关经验。 2、编程语言与工程能力：精通 Python 编程，熟悉 JavaScript、C++ 等常用语言；具备良好的工程化思维、代码结构设计能力，以及快速原型与迭代开发能力。 3、智能体框架与推理技术：熟悉并能在实际项目中有效应用 LangChain / LangGraph等 主流智能体框架；具备 llamacpp、vLLM 等主流推理框架性能优化能力。 4、大模型应用与 提示词工程：具备丰富的大模型应用经验，精通提示词工程（ Prompt Engineering），并可在参数调优、成本与稳定性方面进行合理优化。 5、RAG 与知识增强系统实践：具备丰富的RAG 工程化实践经验，熟悉 Milvus、Chroma 等向量数据库，以及相关检索、评估与优化方法。 6、系统与工程工具使用能力：熟练使用 Git、Docker等工程工具，具备基于 FastAPI / Flask 服务开发经验。 7、语言与技术沟通能力：具备良好的英文听、说、读、写能力，能够阅读技术文档并参与技术交流。
