To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via our StoryHub . 岗位职责 1. 参与基于 LLM/VLM/AI Agent 的智能测试能力开发与落地，完成测试意图理解、任务拆解、工具调用及结果判断等核心环节；负责智能测试关键模块的设计、开发与性能优化，持续提升测试执行效率与问题识别能力，并结合业务场景推动智能测试能力融入研发验证全流程。 2. 针对笔记本 BIOS 、驱动、 Windows 系统、电源管理、显示、无线连接、音频、稳定性等测试场景，进行智能化测试工具与专项测试能力的开发及迭代优化；实现复杂软硬件交互场景的自动化测试方案搭建，支撑长周期、多变量测试任务稳定执行；协助测试团队推进测试流程标准化建设与能力复用，提升整体质量保障效率。 3. 负责智能测试相关工具链与平台基础能力建设，涵盖日志采集、系统状态读取、脚本执行、状态监控、数据回传等功能模块搭建；参与知识库、 RAG 、规则推理等智能测试辅助能力研发，助力测试流程标准化、智能化升级；完成与现有自动化框架、测试管理系统及各类业务平台的对接集成与性能优化。 4. 联动测试、研发、 BIOS 、驱动等跨职能团队，梳理业务需求与技术对接规范，推进智能测试能力落地落地；参与需求评审、技术方案研讨、线上问题定位及方案效果迭代优化；持续调研 AI 技术在测试领域的行业应用，探索适配公司业务场景的智能化测试落地路径。 岗位要求 1. 具备计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能、自动化等相关专业本科及以上学历，拥有扎实的软件开发理论功底。 2. 熟练掌握 Python 编程语言，具备良好的代码架构设计能力、规范的编码习惯和扎实的程序开发功底；拥有自动化测试开发从业经验，熟悉主流自动化测试框架、测试工具及研发工具链。 3. 了解 LLM 、 AI Agent 、 RAG 、 VLM 等人工智能相关技术体系，具备相关项目实战、学习实践或开源项目经验者优先。 4. 熟悉 PC 及笔记本软硬件测试业务场景，掌握 Windows 系统、硬件驱动、固件 BIOS 等相关基础专业知识者优先。 5. 具备优秀的逻辑分析能力、自主学习能力及跨团队沟通协作能力，能够高效对接多方团队推进项目。 6. 工作认真负责、执行力强，能够立足实际业务场景，持续推动技术方案迭代与测试能力优化升级。
