To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via our StoryHub . 工作职责： 1、规划、设计和实现CXL内存扩展和池化软硬件系统； 2、规划、设计和开发基于CXL的近存计算及存内计算技术； 3、规划、设计和开发CXL内存池化、近存/存内计算等技术在大模型推理加速中的应用。 岗位要求： 1、计算机、电子工程或相关专业硕士及以上学历； 2、熟悉计算机体系结构，有5年以上CXL/PCIe相关研发经验，对PCIe/CXL 体系结构有较深入理解； 3、精通Linux环境下的C/C++编程，熟悉Linux内核态、用户态设备驱动程序开发； 4、学习能力优秀，有极强的好奇心。 优先项： 1、熟悉Verilog及FPGA开发，有领域专用加速器开发经验尤佳； 2、有近存计算或存内计算项目经验尤佳； 2、熟悉Pytorch、SGLang等主流开源训推框架； 3、熟悉Deepseek等主流大模型相关结构和算法； 4、熟悉GPU、NPU等AI芯片及AI服务器或AI集群。
