To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via our StoryHub . 岗位职责/Job Responsibilities： 负责搭载 Wear OS/RTOS 系统的智能手表、手环、耳机等穿戴设备心率、睡眠、运动轨迹、多运动模式识别等运动健康算法全流程测试验证。 设计 PPG、气压、温感、离腕检测等 10 + 类传感器与算法联调测试方案，搭建标准化评测体系，制定统一算法质量验收标准。 搭建完整运动健康算法测试体系，输出标准化 SOP、量化 Benchmark 指标库；依托 Shell/ADB 自动化脚本，结合 AI 工具实现用例自动生成、日志智能解析，落地 AI 测试创新方案，持续提升测试整体效率。 统筹 ODM 合作方管理、Google Wear OS 认证专项、售后问题根因复盘；落地测试左移策略，前置识别全链路质量风险，保障项目 100% 按期交付，严控严重漏测问题。 通过算法质量管控与迭代优化，保障运动健康模块 NPS、TCRR 等售后体验核心指标达成业务目标。 岗位要求/Job Requirements： 5年以上智能穿戴运动健康算法测试经验，完整端到端参与穿戴设备量产项目交付； 精通运动健康算法评估、传感器算法联调测试；熟练使用 Activity Pioneer 数据采集工具、Postman、Android Studio、Jira、Jenkins，具备 TCX 数据分析、Log 日志解读能力。 能够独立输出完整测试方案，搭建标准化测试体系与质量规范；有用户内测落地、竞品 Benchmark 数据库搭建、自动化及 AI 测试提效实战经验。 具备跨部门、ODM 供应商协同能力，兼具测试与质量管控复合视角，擅长依托实测数据驱动算法迭代优化。 加分项 拥有头部智能穿戴品牌、专业运动健康算法厂商从业经历优先； 有完整主导 Google Wear OS 认证测试落地经验优先； 过往项目算法交付质量优异，全渠道售后评价positive＞85% 优先。
