To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via our StoryHub . 岗位职责 ： 1. 负责联想集团武汉自有生产基地所应用的相关智能制造生产系统运维支持 , 保障武汉工厂 7*24 的排班运作和工厂 IT 设备的健康巡检服务 2. 负责工厂运维服务的智能化运维方案实施和优化，包括监控方案，自动化方案，运维智能化方案的设计 , 实施，应用和 优化 ，支持工厂运维服务的智能化运维方案的落地实施 3. 负责智能制造 IT 问题的跟踪管理以及客户管理提升运维服务，按需支持智能制造相关的全球 IT 及业务项目实施和沟通 4. 支持武汉工厂业务应用的运维及运维服务智能化转型项目落地 岗位要求： 技术技能要求 : 1. 熟练应用 SQL 语句 , 熟悉 MySQL 、 PG SQL ， Redis 数据库，熟悉微服务应用架构涉及的相关技术，包括但不限于 Nginx, Kubernetes, Dubbo 2. 具备 Java 或 Python 或其他编程语言基础， 能应用或了解应用监控相关技术，熟悉 Zabbix ， Prometheus ， Dynatrace ， Tingyun 等监控工具 3. 能够应用日志分析平台（ Splunk ， ELK 等）对日志分析进行分析处理，了解大数据平台和数据分析的相关知识的优先 4. 能应用 AI 工具及方案设计和交付场景化的运维应用，具备 AI 智能体的搭建和实施经验实践 5. 具备供应链或制造领域自开发应用系统工作相关经验两年以上的优先 6. 了解网络、服务器的基础知识 软技能与能力要求（ Soft Skills & Competencies ） 1. 较强的分析能力与问题解决能力 , 能与技术及非技术背景的相关方进行有效沟通 2. 具备良好的团队合作精神，善于沟通协作，热爱技术探索，责任心强 3. 能在快节奏环境中合理安排优先级并同时处理多项任务 4. 乐于学习并能快速适应新应用与新技术 5. 具备英文听说读写能力，能运用英文进行邮件和电话会议沟通 教育背景要求 : 计算机，软件工程及相关专业
