To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via our StoryHub . 岗位职责： 1. 负责整机游戏体验评测体系、流程及标准建设，承接新机型及新版本的游戏体验评测工作，持续完善评测能力与质量标准。 2. 建立并维护游戏专项测试用例库及量化验收体系，覆盖性能、功耗、温升、触控等关键指标，保障评测结果的准确性和一致性。 3. 配合研发团队推进优化方案落地，制定测试策略并开展验证工作，评估体验优化收益及改进效果。 4. 跟踪行业游戏认证规范、评测标准及前沿技术发展趋势，开展专项预研并推动成果落地应用。 5. 沉淀游戏体验评测方法论和知识库，输出标准化流程与实践经验，持续提升团队整体评测能力。 6. 作为游戏体验专项接口人，协同研发、测试及产品团队，推动复杂体验问题定位、分析与闭环解决。 7. 针对用户反馈及体验问题开展深度复盘，提炼系统性优化需求，持续推动产品体验迭代升级。 8. 定期输出游戏质量分析报告，为机型体验优化、质量决策及版本质量管控提供支持。 9. 梳理重度游戏场景中的典型问题，完善内部知识体系，并开展相关培训与经验分享。 岗位要求： 1. 具备计算机、电子信息、通信、软件工程、自动化或相关领域背景，具备扎实的专业基础知识。 2. 具备 5 年以上终端整机游戏体验、性能功耗 FDE 相关工作经验，拥有评测体系建设及专项项目牵头经验。 3. 熟练掌握整机性能、功耗、温升、触控等领域的测试方法及评测工具，具备独立开展评测工作的能力。 4. 具备较强的数据分析、量化评估及问题洞察能力，能够准确识别关键体验问题并推动解决。 5. 具备消费电子终端评测体系建设、标准制定与落地实施经验，有用户体验优化项目实践经验者优先。 6. 具备良好的跨团队协作与项目推动能力，能够有效协调多方资源达成目标。 7. 善于总结复盘与知识沉淀，能够独立输出标准化流程、技术方法论及预研分析成果。 8. 持续关注行业新技术、新标准及发展趋势，具备前瞻性研究与技术评估能力
